Should I repair my gutters or replace them?
Repair them if the runs are straight and sound and the trouble is a leaky seam, a loose hanger or a clog. Replace them when they're crushed by hail, pulled loose by snow, too small for the roof, or pitched so the water just sits. I'll tell you which yours are after a look.
Do I need new siding, or just a repair?
Most siding damage needs a repair, not a new wall: a few bad boards replaced before the next storm drives water behind them. Replacement makes sense when the damage is everywhere, or the siding is past saving. Done right, a repair disappears into the wall.
Why do my gutters sag or pull away from the house?
Usually it's the fascia board they hang on. Once it rots, the hangers lose their grip and the gutter drops. Re-hanging the gutter on rotted wood only lasts until the next snow, so I fix the fascia first.
Can you clean my gutters and fix what you find?
Yes, that's the point of having one person do it. A loose hanger, a leaky seam or a downspout that's come apart gets fixed on the same visit, so a cleaning doesn't turn into next year's replacement.
