This website belongs to Zack of All Trades Services, a one-person business run by Zack Wais in Idaho Springs, CO. When these terms say “I”, “me” or “my”, they mean the business.

You’re welcome to use this site to learn about my work and to ask for an estimate. Please don’t misuse it: no spam through the forms, no attempts to break or overload it, and no copying its words or photos to pass off as your own.

Sending the form, calling or texting doesn’t book any work and doesn’t commit you to anything. Estimates are free. I reply to every request within one business day, and work goes ahead only once we’ve both agreed to it.

Nothing on this site is a quote for your job. Your price comes from your estimate.

If you agree to texts, by ticking the box on a form that has one or by sending a form that says sending agrees, I may text you about your request: to reply, ask questions and set up the work. How often depends on the job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How your number is handled is in the privacy policy. I never share your number for anyone else’s marketing.

Customer reviews on this site are quoted as the customer wrote them, with the site they were posted on. Some links lead to other sites, such as Yelp and Google. I don’t run those sites, and their own terms apply there.

I work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but it’s provided as it is, and it can change or be offline at times. As far as the law allows, I’m not responsible for losses that come from using the site itself. Nothing here limits anything the law doesn’t let me limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
