Can you mount my TV where there's no stud?
Usually, but not by trusting drywall anchors with it. The right answer is a mounting board spanning two or more studs and painted to match, or in some walls a properly rated toggle system. Which one depends on the TV's weight and your wall construction. What I won't do is hang a large panel on hollow-wall anchors and tell you it's fine.
Do you hide the cables?
Where the wall allows. In standard interior drywall with no fire blocking in the way, cables can run inside the wall to an outlet below using proper in-wall rated components. On exterior walls, in masonry, or where blocking intervenes, a paintable surface raceway is the clean alternative. I'll tell you which one your wall is before I start.
How much can a floating shelf actually hold?
Depends entirely on the bracket and what it's anchored into. Into two studs with a proper concealed bracket, a lot — books and dishes are fine. Into drywall alone, very little, regardless of what the box claims. Tell me what's going on the shelf and I'll anchor for that load rather than guessing.
Will you assemble furniture I bought online?
Yes, and it's a common call — especially the large pieces where the instructions assume three hands. I'll also anchor tall units to the wall, which most people skip and which matters a great deal if there are kids or dogs in the house.
