Hi, I'm Zack.

Will a touch-up match my existing wall?
Honestly, often not. Paint fades and shifts with age and light exposure, so even the original can from a few years ago can read differently against the wall around it — sheen especially. On a low-visibility wall it's usually fine. On a feature wall in good light, painting corner to corner is frequently the only thing that looks right, and I'll say so before you pay for the version you can see.
Do you handle the repairs a paint job uncovers?
Yes, and it's the best argument for hiring a contractor who paints. Nail pops, water stains, failed caulk, soft trim, and drywall damage all surface during prep, and they get fixed as part of the job instead of becoming a second contractor's visit. The paint goes on sound surfaces, which is most of why it lasts.
Do you use low-VOC paint?
Where the job allows, yes, and I default to greener products. Modern low- and zero-VOC lines perform genuinely well now, which wasn't true fifteen years ago. Some specialty applications still call for a conventional product, and if that's the case for your job I'll tell you what and why.
Can you wash and paint on the same booking?
Yes, and it's the right order — exterior paint over a dirty surface fails early no matter how good the paint is. Washing first and letting it dry properly is part of the job rather than an upsell. Booking them together also means one mobilisation instead of two, which is cheaper than hiring the steps separately.
