Drive time
I never charge for drive time. Since I don't charge drive time, distance affects scheduling rather than your bill.
Materials markup
Materials cost what they cost. I don't add a markup on top.
Discounts
Seniors, veterans and first responders get a discount. Mention it when you ask for your estimate.
